Home Warranty & Maintenance
Upon receipt of your Service Request, a Customer Service Coordinator will contact you. Requests must be made by the legal owner of the home. Please note that an adult member of your household must be present during this appointment as well as at any time Customer Service work is performed.
If this is an emergency causing imminent danger to persons or property, contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or your local utility provider company. Additionally, please contact us by phone. If the emergency is outside of normal business hours please use the emergency after-hours contacts in your warranty manual.
